Thank you for shopping with FEBEE Arts & Candles.
Order Processing
Our products may be handmade or prepared in small batches. Orders are typically processed within [2–5 business days] after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Any additional processing time will be noted on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Shipping
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and available shipping services.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact support@febeearts.com immediately.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@febeearts.com and include your order number and photographs.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
We will assist with carrier-related issues when reasonably possible.
